It's easy! These are the steps:

1. Complete and submit the form below
2. We will email you confirming your request and ask for your purchase receipt by email
3. We validate your receipt
4. We confirm by email within one week and include your free ebook

Liner Availability Guarantee - USA only

We know that hospitals, birth centres, midwives and other birth professionals who use our Professional pools as part of their service need to maintain a secure supply of liners.  We take this seriously and have made investments in our supply chain and inventory levels to ensure liners are always available through our reseller network.
For customers who purchased a Professional pool within the last 2 years, we guarantee that you will be able to purchase liners from one of our resellers in the continental USA for shipment within 5 business days.  If you are not able to for reasons exclusively limited to inventory availability, we will refund 20% of your next liner purchase (max refund $150 per customer).

To claim on this guarantee, you need:

1. a confirmed registration with us for your Birth Pool in a Box Professional purchased within the previous 2 years, and
2. to contact us confirming that you cannot purchase liners from any of our resellers (view list), and
3. to send us your liner purchase receipt after successfully purchasing liners when available again.  The receipt must be dated within 2 weeks of liners becoming available again in our US warehouse.

Small print: this guarantee does not apply in the event of (a) FDA actions that affect our ability to maintain inventory levels or (b) Force Majeure, i.e. major events outside our control such as Acts of God, war, terrorism, piracy, natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, fire and theft. Guarantee does not apply for use of Personal pools. Retrospective claims not accepted.
